End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Faith Dating for the use of the Faith Dating mobile application. By installing, copying or otherwise using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Licence grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company hereby grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the app solely for your personal use in connection with your participation in the Faith Dating service.

Subscription services

The app may offer subscription‑based services that provide you with additional features and benefits. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of the subscription and any additional terms provided by the Company.

Restrictions

You may not distribute, sub‑licence, rent, lease or lend the app.

You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the app. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the app.

Ownership

The app is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Company retains all rights, title and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights therein.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the app from your device. This Agreement will automatically terminate without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app from your device and cease all use of the app.

Warranty disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.

Limitation of liability

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Netherlands, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.

By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, copy or use the app.
